Returns Policy
We pack your products with care and make sure your product is secure prior to shipping. We photograph all products prior to shipping for our records. If you have received a faulty item please contact us via email and we will solve the issue for you.
For any damaged product, Atacama Tea will offer a replacement of the product after receiving confirmation such as a photo and description of the damage. Contact us via email and return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you received the product. The product must be in its original packaging and must remain unopened. Atacama Tea will only provide an exchange once we have received the product.
Please choose your product carefully, as Atacama Tea does not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or select the wrong product. This is because Atacama Tea will not sell previously sold products to another customer due to hygiene purposes. Contact us with any product related questions if unsure of anything.
Atacama Tea aims to describe the correct product's colour and description in the most accurate way possible. However, different devices may affect the lighting and colours of the products. If you have any enquiries or are unsure of the products please contact our team prior to making a purchase.
Delivery delays are out of our control. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information. If you encounter any delays please contact us so we can help you with this issue.
Sale items that were purchased during sales periods or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged, including gift cards and change of mind. If the product arrived damaged please contact us via email.
Please note: If a return or an exchange has been agreed upon, Atacama Tea needs to receive the product before making the refund or exchange and the consumer needs to pay for the postage incurred returning the order to Atacama Tea unopened unless the product arrived damaged.
If your order was delivered back to us due to adding the incorrect address information during checkout or remained unclaimed at the post office, you will need to pay again for shipping for the product to be re-sent to you.
