It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information for all purchases made at Atacama Tea. It i your responsibility to update your account if any information has changed including addresses, credit card numbers and contact information so we can correctly complete your transactions or contact you if needed.

This website could possibly contain errors such as pricing, descriptions, promotions, product shipping information, or availability. Atacama Tea serves the right to correct and edit errors at any required time. We do not warrant or guarantee that our products and service will be secure, error-free or timely and that the outcome from using our products or service will be reliable or accurate.
Atacama Tea offers a replacement of the product is received faulty or damaged after receiving confirmation such as a photo and description of the damage. The consumer is required to contact us via email and return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt or gift receipt within 14 days of the date the consumer received the product. Atacama Tea will only offer an exchange as long as the packaging remains intact and unopened. Atacama Tea will only provide an exchange once we have received the product.
It is the consumers responsibility to choose the product carefully, Atacama Tea takes no responsibility if the customer selected the wrong product. Atacama Tea does not offer a refund or exchange if the product is a change of mind. The consumer is required to contact us if they have any enquiries or are unsure about the product description/photos prior to purchasing. Sale items that were purchased during sales periods or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged, including gift cards and change of mind. If the order was delivered back to us due to adding the incorrect address or the order was left uncollected from the post office, the consumer will need to pay for shipping again for the order to be re-sent to the consumer. If a return or an exchange has been agreed upon, Atacama Tea needs to receive the product before making the refund or exchange and the consumer needs to pay for the postage incurred returning the order to Atacama unopened unless the product arrived damaged.
